When AI meets people work
Everything in nature changes slowly. People especially. But the current hype around AI makes it feel like everything around us is changing overnight. It's not.
For the past two years, I’ve worked hands-on with AI across operations, automation and culture. Before that, I studied HR because I wanted to understand the people side of how organizations actually work.
Everyone has access to the same tools. What makes the difference is the way we design our work around it.
I’m interested in the messy space between people, technology and the way work gets done: how teams communicate, how information moves, how we build better ways of working. And how AI becomes part of everyday work without forgetting the humans doing it.
I’m looking for a company that wants to work on what really matters.

Construction Worker
June 2025 - Present

- Bridge role while transitioning into HR. Returned to construction after closing my AI agency chapter.
Entrepreneur

- Solo agency focused on AI automation and workflow tools for small business clients.
Treasurer
January 2025 - April 2026
Hietsu Beach Volley. Helsinki. Volunteer board role.
- Ran monthly payroll through Palkka.fi, including TyEL, social security, tax cards and Procountor entries.
- Rebuilt the financial system, including the chart of accounts and monthly routines. Wrote a handover document and yearly calendar so the next person could start without a long learning curve.
- Worked with an external IT supplier to build a Paytrail and Procountor integration that automated 100 to 150k of annual member invoicing and removed dozens of hours of manual work per year.
- Reported financials to the board across 12+ meetings and to the general assembly with the chair. Worked with the external auditor on year end statements.
- Wrote clear instructions for expense handling, supplier work and yearly compliance.
Operations Manager
July 2024 - November 2024
Mallo Inc. Full-time contractor.
Operations lead across product, admin, marketing and research at an early stage startup that launched the world's first AI hypnotherapist.
- Built and maintained workflow automation for daily test user onboarding.
- Owned product quality assurance including end to end testing of the core 45 minute user experience.
- Refined market sizing analysis from primary sources to strengthen investor materials.
- Managed administrative operations including expense tracking, runway monitoring, supplier coordination and contact management.
Prompt Engineer
September 2023 - May 2024
Ceros Inc. Full-time contractor. Helsinki.
Started as a contractor doing prompt engineering for Gemma AI. Noticed the company had drifted into silos after going fully remote, with my closest colleagues spread from New York to the Czech Republic and nobody quite knowing what other teams were doing.
Pitched the leadership on Gem Fridays, a weekly cross functional workshop where colleagues from different departments would solve a real work problem together using our own AI product. Got approval, designed the format, ran the sessions. Brought together five to eight people across roles and departments each week for two hours to focus on one real world problem we could solve while contributing to the company's AI first strategy.
