Operations lead across product, admin, marketing and research at an early stage startup that launched the world's first AI hypnotherapist.

• Built and maintained workflow automation for daily test user onboarding.
• Owned product quality assurance including end to end testing of the core 45 minute user experience.
• Refined market sizing analysis from primary sources to strengthen investor materials.
• Managed administrative operations including expense tracking, runway monitoring, supplier coordination and contact management.

Prompt Engineer

Ceros Inc. Full-time contractor. Helsinki.

Started as a contractor doing prompt engineering for Gemma AI. Noticed the company had drifted into silos after going fully remote, with my closest colleagues spread from New York to the Czech Republic and nobody quite knowing what other teams were doing.

Pitched the leadership on Gem Fridays, a weekly cross functional workshop where colleagues from different departments would solve a real work problem together using our own AI product. Got approval, designed the format, ran the sessions. Brought together five to eight people across roles and departments each week for two hours to focus on one real world problem we could solve while contributing to the company's AI first strategy.
